Its another totally glorious day here in Prince Albert.  Who can honestly say they wouldn't want to be here?  It's cool with the gentlest of breezes.  Town seems to be pretty full and there are many happy faces walking around.

Last night we celebrated Annelie's 60th birthday at the Swartberg Arms, Moet & Chandon and all!  Madri made the most exquisite chocolate cake and I'm waiting on a photo to post.  It was decorated with chocolate, what I call 'karoo roses' and pink roses.  Even one of the celebrity chefs from Kokkedoor was so impressed he is going to give it a mention on his radio show.  You go Madri!!  Remember if you ever come to Prince Albert for any celebration, you can contact her and have your cake delivered to you here.  Email me for her details.  I was rather hoping the photo would come through before I had to rush off to show a house, but it hasn't so you'll have to wait to see it.  Sorry!

Just how gorgeous is this home????  And besides that, it is probably the best planned and laid out home I have ever seen!  Every space is used to it's maximum, inside and out.  It is a lock up and go home, with a manageable sized garden.

It has two bedrooms en-suite, double volume open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen with lots of space.  The garage has a storeroom and is wired and plumbed for the washing machine and tumble dryer.  One of the two garages is currently used as studio space and upstairs over the other garage is a second studio, also with a storeroom.

Special attention has been paid to fittings and features and everything is of the best quality.

Asking price: R2100 000.
